Check-in: finding a time

Hi Liam, Thanks for making time on the call the other day. It was useful to hear how the revenue ops team are using the brain day to day. I've pulled the numbers since then and the picture is good: - Active users are up clearly on the previous quarter - More of the depot account managers are logging in each week - Only one ticket in the last month, and it's sorted One thing worth talking through is that you're using most of the licensed users on your Starter plan now. With more depots coming on, it would be good to look at what that means for you before the current term ends on 30 Nov 2024. I know Tom has been speaking with Mark about next steps, so I don't want to tread on that. I just want to make sure the brain keeps doing what you need. Shall we book half an hour? Marcus, Love that. Good to see the numbers going the right way, and I know the depot managers have been getting into it. Friday morning works for me. Any time before lunch is fine, so pick a slot and send the invite. Can we get the depots on it properly? That's what I want to get out of the call. One view, that's the point. If the seats are going to be tight, I'd rather know now than find out when a depot manager can't log in. I'll make sure I have a list of who's asking for access.
