Liam Doherty accepts a Growth proposal walkthrough on Wednesday morning with a depot manager. He asks how users and connectors change on Growth and how timing sits against the end of the term.

Ask: Tom Ashdown wants a forty-five-minute walkthrough of the Growth proposal before it goes to finance, with a depot manager present. Liam agrees to Wednesday morning and will bring one from Trafford Park.

Customer view: Liam is on fifteen licensed users and says more people want in. He wants users, connectors and timing against the end of the term explained so nothing lapses.

Next: Tom confirms the slot so Liam can send the invite round on the customer side.

Hi Liam, Thanks for your time on the call earlier in the week. Good to hear how the depot account managers are getting on, and I enjoyed the story about the retail contract you spotted before the customer rang you. As promised, I'd like to get a proper walkthrough of the proposal in the diary, so you can ask whatever you need before it goes to your finance team. I'd suggest forty-five minutes or so, and it would be useful if one of the depot managers could join so we can talk through the dashboards from their side. Would next Tuesday or Wednesday suit? Mornings are best for me, but I'll work round you. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad week with a couple of the retail accounts. Wednesday morning works for me, and I'll bring one of the depot managers from Trafford Park along. Love that you're doing it with them in the room, it'll land much better than me relaying it. One thing I'll want to understand properly: we're on fifteen licensed users at the moment and more people want in, so can we cover how the user numbers and connectors change on Growth? Also what the timing looks like against the end of our term, so nothing lapses. I'll send the invite round to the others on our side once you confirm. Cheers, Liam
