Current to 11 Oct 26Marcus Bell summarises the QBR call with Liam Doherty. Depot use is rising on the Starter licence for fifteen users, and the term ends 30 Nov 2024. There is no customer response in the thread.
Customer view: As relayed by Marcus, Liam wants depot managers to see at-risk retail contracts, delivery-exception tickets and calls in one place. Active users are up on the previous quarter.
Risk and opportunity: Fifteen Starter users leaves room now, but depot growth could make seats a squeeze. That points to extra users or a higher tier.
Next: Tom will raise renewal, and Marcus will give him the usage picture first.

- Marcus Bell 3 Oct 2024 14:41Hi Liam, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. Good to hear the depot account managers are starting to lean on the brain, and I wanted to get the main points down while they're fresh. What I took away: - Usage is moving the right way. Active users are up on the previous quarter and it's not just you and the revenue ops team any more. I've pulled the numbers and I'll send you the breakdown by depot so you can see who is asking the questions. - You're licensed for fifteen users on Starter, so there's still room, but if the depots keep coming on at this rate you'll want to think about it before it becomes a squeeze. Nothing to do today, just worth keeping in view. - The one ticket from the last month was a delivery-exception question. It's been dealt with, but tell me if it comes back and I'll chase it from our side. - You said you'd like the depot managers to see at-risk retail contracts alongside the delivery-exception tickets and calls in one place. I'll put together a short how-to for the depot managers so they can do that without coming to you each time. On your side, it would help if you could send me the names of the two or three depot managers you most want on it next. I'll make sure they get a proper walkthrough rather than just a login. Contract-wise, your current term runs to 30 Nov 2024, so Tom will be in touch about renewal in the usual way. I'll make sure he has the usage picture before he does. Happy to jump on a call if anything above doesn't match your recollection. Otherwise, shall we book half an hour in a few weeks to look at the depot numbers together? Thanks, Marcus
