Liam Doherty confirmed Marcus Bell's notes, named Trafford Park as the first depot and was not worried about slightly lower usage. He wants to talk renewal only once the depots are going, with something to show first.

Customer view: Liam accepts that usage dipped slightly and puts it down to leave. What he wants is more depot managers asking questions, not just him.

Renewal: He is glad Tom Ashdown is looped in but wants to discuss renewal after the depots start. The contract runs to 30 Nov 2024.

Next: Liam owes the second depot, and Marcus owes the walkthrough.

Hi Liam, Thanks for your time yesterday. Here are the notes from our check-in so we both have the same picture. Where things stand: - No tickets open on your side and nothing waiting on us - Usage is roughly level, a touch lower than the previous quarter, so ticking along rather than growing - You have licences for your full set of users, so there's plenty of headroom for the depot account managers - Your contract runs to 30 Nov 2024, so we'll want to talk about the next term in good time Actions: - You: let me know which two depots you'd like to start with - Me: put together a short walkthrough for the depot managers, built around delivery-exception tickets and calls together - Me: loop in Tom Ashdown ahead of the renewal conversation so he's up to speed Happy to jump on a call again if anything here doesn't match how you remember it. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for the notes, that matches what I took away. Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days. On the depots, I'd say Trafford Park first since it's the biggest and the managers there are the most open to it. I'll come back to you on the second one once I've spoken to the others. On the numbers, I'm not worried that they've dipped slightly. A few people were on leave. What I want is more of the depot managers asking questions, not just me. The walkthrough would help with that. Good to have Tom looped in. Let's talk renewal properly once we've got the depots going, I'd rather have something to show first. > Actions: You: let me know which two depots you'd like to start with Half done, as above! Cheers, Liam
