Marcus Bell asked for a check-in and Liam Doherty agreed to Tuesday morning. Liam says it still feels like a handful of people and wants depot managers using it day to day. The earlier ticket is resolved.

Ask: Liam wants the depot managers using the brain rather than leaving it with him. He confirmed the recent ticket is closed.

Customer view: Positive on usage, but the concern is breadth of adoption. Marcus agreed that is where the value lies.

Next: Liam is to name the depots to start with, and Marcus will prepare a short walkthrough.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's going well. I've pulled the numbers for Brackwell ahead of our next catch-up and there's a bit to show you. Shall we book half an hour for a check-in on the brain? What I'd like to cover: - How the depot account managers are getting on with it, and whether any of them are stuck - The one ticket you raised recently, just to make sure it's properly closed off for you - Usage: it's gone up a little on the previous quarter, which is good to see - You're comfortably inside your licensed users, so there's room for more of the depot teams if you want to bring them in Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Mornings tend to be easier for me, but I can flex. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that usage is up. Honestly it still feels like a handful of us in the room and I want the depots on it. One view, that's the point. Half an hour works. Early next week is better for me, this week's rammed with a couple of retail reviews. Could you do Tuesday morning? On the ticket, yes it's sorted, no worries there. Would be good to talk about how to get the depot managers using it day to day rather than leaving it with me. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Tuesday morning it is, I'll send an invite for later today. I'll share my screen and start with the usage picture, then we can talk about the depot managers. If you can, jot down which depots you'd start with and I'll put together a short walkthrough we can use with them. Nothing heavy. Agreed, that's exactly where I think the value is. Thanks, Marcus
