Customer view: Liam's aim is that depot managers ask the brain directly rather than going through him. He wants examples to make the case to them.
Offer: Marcus will bring usage by depot, delivery-exception examples and a list of seat holders who have not been in yet. He suggested a session for the depot managers afterwards.

Following on from the review, I'd like to get a short check-in in the diary so we can look at how the depot managers are getting on with the brain, and agree what the next review should cover. Shall we book half an hour? I'm free Wednesday or Thursday this week, or most of next week, mornings are easiest for me. I'll share my screen and take you through the numbers, and you can tell me which retail accounts you want me to focus on. Thanks, Marcus

Aisha's got the list sorted, but I'd like the depot managers asking the brain themselves rather than coming to me. One view, that's the point. If you can bring a couple of examples from the delivery-exception tickets, that would help me make the case to them. I'll bring: - the usage numbers broken down by depot - a couple of delivery-exception examples you can show the depot managers - a short list of who has a seat but hasn't been in yet I'm happy to run a session for the depot managers afterwards if that would help.
