Marcus Bell proposed a usage check-in and Liam Doherty accepted for Tuesday morning. Liam wants depot managers using the brain and usage numbers to show his ops director. Mostly scheduling, with a clear adoption ask.

Ask: Liam wants the depot account managers on the brain and a usage summary he can show his ops director. He says he and a couple of others do most of the asking.

Customer view: He values the exception tickets view and describes it as the point of the product. Depot managers are described as shy of it.

Next: Marcus is to send an invite and bring the usage summary and ideas for starting depot managers.

Hi Liam, Hope the week has been kind. I've pulled the numbers for Brackwell ahead of our next check-in and there's a nice story in them, so I'd like to get it in the diary. A quick taste of what I'd cover: - usage is up on last quarter, and more of your team are asking the brain questions than before - which connectors are earning their keep (the delivery-exception tickets look like the busiest) - what the depot account managers are doing with it, and whether we can help more of them get started - anything you'd like changed or added to your Starter set-up Shall we book half an hour? Early next week would suit me, any morning really. Happy to jump on a call and share my screen so you can see the same pages I'm looking at. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that, thanks for the nudge. Honestly the exception tickets view is the bit I keep going back to. One view, that's the point. Tuesday morning works for me, before the operations review gets going. Wednesday would be fine as a back-up. Can we get the depots on it? I'd like to talk about that properly, because at the moment it's me and a couple of others doing most of the asking and the depot managers are still a bit shy of it. It'd be good to see the usage numbers too, I've been wanting something I can show our ops director. Cheers, Liam On 19 Apr 2024, at 12:25, Marcus Bell wrote: > Shall we book half an hour? Hi Liam, Brilliant, Tuesday morning it is. I'll send an invite shortly and keep it to half an hour so it doesn't eat into your review. I'll bring: - the usage summary in a form you can pass to your ops director - a couple of ideas for getting the depot managers started - a short list of questions for you, mainly on what you'd like to see next If anything else comes to mind before then, just reply here. Thanks, Marcus
