Marcus Bell asked for a review. Liam Doherty agreed, welcomed rising usage, and wants a session for the depot managers and delivery-exception tickets next to the account view.

Ask: Marcus proposed a half-hour review of usage, connectors, unanswered questions and changes. He reported more people logging in than last quarter.

Customer view: Liam cares most about usage. A couple of depot managers are in most days, but licensed users sit idle and he wants that fixed.

Next: Liam wants to discuss a short depot session and clearer placement of delivery-exception tickets. He asked for a Thursday afternoon invite.

Hi Liam, Hope the week is going well. It's been a while since we sat down properly, so I'd like to get a review in the diary for Brackwell. I've pulled the numbers and the picture is a good one. More of your team are logging in than last quarter, and the questions being asked are moving beyond the first few accounts you started with. I'd like to walk you through that and hear what's working for you and the depot account managers. What I'd cover: - how usage has moved since the rollout - which connectors are earning their keep - what you'd like the brain to answer that it doesn't yet - anything you want to change over the next few months Shall we book half an hour? Any afternoon next week would suit me, and I'm happy to jump on a call whenever works for you. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that, yes let's do it. Thursday afternoon next week is good for me, ideally after lunch. I'm out at Trafford Park in the morning. Good to hear usage is up. Honestly it's the bit I care about most. One view, that's the point, and I'd like to see the depot managers using it without me nudging them. A couple of them are in there most days now, but we've got licensed users sitting there with plenty of room and I'd like to fix that. One thing for the list: can we get the depots on it properly? I'd like to talk about the best way to run a short session with them, and whether the delivery-exception tickets can sit more clearly next to the account view. Send over an invite and I'll accept.
