What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Billing email: Nell Ashcombe sends Joanne Platt the annual Starter subscription invoice issued 1 Dec 2023, due 31 Dec 2023. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Nell asks Joanne to confirm when the invoice has been matched and to give the remittance date. She also asks to be told if payment will land after the due date.
Customer view: the evidence does not show one, because Joanne never replies in the thread.
Next: the thread does not show whether the invoice was matched or paid, so accounting records are the place to check.

- Nell Ashcombe 1 Dec 2023 13:42Hello Joanne, Following the implementation invoice, here is the second one from BB-Demo for Brackwell Freight. It is issued today, 1 Dec 2023, and is attached as a PDF. This is the annual subscription for the Starter tier, covering the year to 30 Nov 2024 and the licensed users agreed in the order form. It is billed annually in advance, so you should not see another subscription invoice until next year. The net amount, VAT and gross total are set out on the invoice, with the VAT on its own line. Payment is due by 31 Dec 2023. If your payment run falls a little earlier or later than that, that is fine, but do tell me if you expect it to land after the due date so that nobody here chases you unnecessarily. As before, if anything does not match against your purchase order, send me the detail and I will get it corrected quickly rather than leave it sitting in a queue. Could you let me know once it has been matched, and give me the remittance date when you have it? Kind regards, Nell
