Callie Brennan books the Brackwell kickoff for Thursday on 30 Nov 2023 and lists the access she needs. Liam Doherty agrees, but the call recorder needs IT sign-off and may take a day or two.

Ask: Callie needs written read-only access to the CRM and helpdesk, call recorder access and the names of the depot managers joining. She will not start a connector without written access.

Customer view: Liam is positive and wants a couple of depot account managers to hear the plan directly. He asks whether the recorder sign-off will hold things up.

Next: Callie starts with the CRM and helpdesk and adds the recorder once IT signs it off.

Hi Liam, Thanks for the time on the call earlier this week. I'd like to get the kickoff booked so we can plan the build properly before we switch on the refresh. What I need from your side is three things: - A kickoff slot of about an hour, ideally with you and whoever will be the day-to-day admin. - Written read-only access for the CRM and the helpdesk. I won't start any connector until that is in writing. - Access to the call recorder, so I can check what is available before we map anything. For the kickoff itself I'll open with the plan for the hour: which sources go in first, how we map accounts to delivery-exception tickets, and who owns what on each side. The first stretch is about four weeks, so I'd like credentials in my hands before the session rather than after it. Could you let me know which days suit next week? I'm flexible on Tuesday and Thursday. Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Love that, thanks. Thursday works best for me. Tuesday is full of depot reviews. On access, I can get the CRM and helpdesk sorted, but I'll need to check who signs off the call recorder. Someone in IT looks after that, so it may take a day or two. Will that hold things up? Also, can we get a couple of the depot account managers in for part of the kickoff? One view, that's the point, and I'd rather they hear it from you than second-hand from me. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Thursday it is. I'll send an invite for the morning, and you can tell me if the time needs moving. On the call recorder, that is fine. It doesn't block the kickoff. We can start with the CRM and helpdesk, then add the recorder once your colleague in IT has signed it off. I just need the access confirmed in writing before I touch it. Bringing a couple of the depot account managers makes sense. I'll keep their part to the first twenty minutes or so: what the brain will show them and what I'll ask of them. The mapping detail can stay with you and me. To recap what I need before Thursday: - Written access for the CRM and helpdesk. - The name of the person in IT who can approve the call recorder. - Names of the depot managers joining. That maps cleanly onto the plan. Shout if anything changes. Thanks, Callie
