Liam Doherty agrees to the proposal walkthrough on Thursday at 10:00 and asks for the draft proposal and security detail beforehand. A scheduling thread with a positive tone; no objections raised.

Ask: Tom Ashdown wanted an hour on the proposal, with Aisha and possibly Dean. Liam picks Thursday at 10:00 because Tuesday clashes with the operations review.

Customer view: Liam wants to read the proposal first so the call is spent on questions. He will pass the security detail straight to his IT team, and he says he loves that the deal is moving.

Next: Tom needs to send the draft proposal and security detail before the call and confirm the invite.

Hi Liam, Hope your week's going alright. The proposal is more or less written, and I'd like to walk you through it on a call rather than just throw a PDF at you and hope for the best. Could we get something in the diary for next week? I'm fairly open, but mornings are easiest for me. Tuesday or Thursday would be ideal if either works for you. About an hour should be plenty, and it would be good to have Aisha on it as well, as she'll be closest to the set-up. Dean too if he can get away from the depot floor. I'll cover the same ground as the demo recap, plus the options on connectors that Aisha asked about, and I'll go through the contract wording and the security detail you asked for, so your IT and finance people have something to look at. Let me know what suits and I'll send the invite. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Thursday works much better for me, Tuesday's a mess with the operations review. Could we do 10:00? I've checked with Aisha and she's free then. Dean can probably dial in for the first part, but I'd not hold the call up for him. He'll want the short version anyway. One thing: could you send the proposal over beforehand, even if it's a draft? I'd like to read it first, so I can spend the call on the questions rather than my first impressions. Same for the security detail, as I'll pass that straight to our IT team. Love that we're moving on this. Speak soon. Cheers, Liam
