What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown follows up the expansion proposal on the Enterprise subscription. Imogen Hartley finds the mid-November target workable, wants a named sponsor settled before scope, and will send a short list of first teams.
Ask: Tom wants a sponsor and the first teams to scope connectors. He has the deal as qualified on BB-Demo's side with a target close of 14 Nov 2026, which he calls a working date.
Customer view: Imogen says it is broadly what she had in mind. She wants a named sponsor from day one and a first phase that counts.
Next: she will name the sponsor by the middle of next week and asks for catch-up slots. She asks that the customer success manager stays involved on adoption.

- Tom Ashdown 25 Sep 2026 10:14Hi Imogen, Thanks for your time on the call. Always good to hear how things are landing at Fenmoor, and it's clear the brain has bedded in well since the early days. As promised, here's where I've got to on the expansion proposal. We're building on the Enterprise subscription you already have, with the licensed users and connectors you're running today as the starting point. The aim is to extend what the underwriting operations team can answer from one view, so the questions your capacity providers ask don't mean chasing across systems. I've put the deal in as qualified on our side, with a target close of 14 Nov 2026. That's a working date rather than a promise, so tell me if it's too tight for you. I'll confirm the commercial detail properly before anything goes over, as I don't want to quote you anything from memory. Two things would help me get the proposal right: - Who you'd want as the sponsor on your side for the wider rollout. - Which teams you'd bring in first, so we scope the connectors sensibly. No drama if you need a few days. Let's get something in the diary for early next week to go through it together if that suits. Best, Tom
- Imogen Hartley 25 Sep 2026 11:23Hi Tom, Thank you, this is helpful and broadly what I had in mind after our conversation. The real question is who owns the expansion once it's signed. I've seen this work when there's a named sponsor from day one, and I've seen it drift when there isn't, so I'd like to settle that before we agree scope. I'll come back to you on the sponsor by the middle of next week. On the teams, I'd start with the people who handle the oversight questions most often, then widen out once they're getting value. I'd rather make the first phase count than spread it thinly. I'll send you a short list rather than try to explain it over email. The mid-November target looks workable to me for now. Do keep Daniel in the loop on the adoption side, as he knows how the team uses it day to day. Next week works for a catch-up. Send me a couple of slots and I'll pick one. Best, Imogen
