Logistical thread: Tom Ashdown and Imogen Hartley fix a Wednesday 10:00 walkthrough of a proposal, with Daniel attending and the proposal sent a day ahead. Imogen wants to settle who else needs to see it first.

Ask: Tom proposed an hour to walk through the proposal. Imogen chose Wednesday at 10:00 and asked for the document the day before so she could read it properly.

Customer view: she prefers a proper session to trading attachments and wants Daniel present because he knows what is connected and where the gaps are.

Next: Tom will send the invite that evening and the proposal on Tuesday. The proposal content is not shown in this thread.

Hi Imogen, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. Good to hear how the first few weeks at Fenmoor have settled down, and I'm glad the brain is still earning its keep with the underwriting operations team. As promised, I'll get the proposal over to you in writing. Before I do, I'd like to get something in the diary so we can walk through it together rather than you reading it cold. I'd suggest about an hour, with whoever you want in the room. If it helps, Daniel can join from our side as he knows the setup best day to day. I'm free Tuesday or Wednesday next week, mornings are best for me. Would either work, or is there a better window with the quarter-end pressure you mentioned? No drama if it needs to slip a bit. I'd just rather it didn't drift. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Thanks for following up so quickly. Yes, I'd rather we sat down properly than traded attachments. The real question is who else needs to see it, and I'd like to settle that before we meet. Wednesday morning is better for me. Tuesday is taken up with a capacity provider review and I will be no use to anyone. Could you do 10:00 on Wednesday? If that is tight for you, 11:30 would also work. Please do include Daniel. He knows what we have connected and where the gaps are, and I would rather not relay it second-hand. I may bring one colleague from the underwriting side, but I will confirm that nearer the time. One request: could you send the proposal across the day before, so that I have read it properly? I would like to make the session count. Best, Imogen

Imogen, 10:00 on Wednesday is perfect. I'll send the invite tonight with Daniel on it, and the proposal will be in your inbox on Tuesday so you have it a day ahead. I'll keep it tight: the main points first, then plenty of room for questions. If your colleague from underwriting is coming, just let me know and I'll make sure we cover the bits that matter to them. Leave that with me. Cheers, Tom
