Current to 10 Oct 26Priya Raman sent Fenmoor's Growth to Enterprise order form for signature. Richard Thorne replied asking for the annual subscription and one-off implementation as two plain lines, and gave no signing date until the board has seen it.
Ask: Priya wanted the Enterprise order form signed by 30 Jun 2026, when the current subscription ends. She stressed that the £125,000 on the form is the total for the whole order, not an annual price.
Customer view: Richard wants the all-in cost, with subscription and implementation as separate lines and the change against today's spend. He says he cannot give a date until he has seen it.
Next: a clean two-line breakdown is needed to get this to the board. The evidence does not show a signature, so the order form is an open item, and the thread does not show whether the 30 Jun 2026 target was met.

- Priya Raman 24 Jun 2026 15:53Hi Richard, Thanks for your time on the recent conversations about taking Fenmoor from Growth to Enterprise. The order form is now ready for your signature, and I have attached it with this note. A quick recap of where we are. Your current subscription runs to 30 Jun 2026, and the aim is to have the Enterprise order form signed by the same date, so there is no gap and the whole of underwriting operations moves across cleanly. If we can get this over the line by 30 Jun 2026, we keep momentum and the team can start straight away. One point I want to be clear on, because it comes up with finance teams. The deal value on the order form is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds, and that is the total for the whole order. It is not an annual price. It sits alongside your present Growth subscription of forty-four thousand pounds a year, so please do not read the two figures like for like. I am happy to split out the subscription and the one-off implementation separately if that helps you or your finance team. Happy to make this easy: if it is simpler, I can walk you or Harriet through the form in ten minutes. Best, Priya
- Richard Thorne 25 Jun 2026 13:06Priya, Thank you for the form. What does this cost us, all in? Please set out the annual subscription and the one-off implementation as two separate lines, with nothing else in them, and confirm what changes against what we pay today. Keep it simple. I will need to take that to the board. I cannot give you a date until I have seen it. Regards, Richard Thorne
