What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Procurement returns a redline on termination and service credit wording, insists on Fenmoor's paper and subject to contract. Richard Thorne wants no new commitment until agreed. No signed form appears in the thread.
Ask: Priya Raman presented the Enterprise order form as the move up from Growth and aimed to sign by 30 Jun 2026. Louise Carver, Procurement Manager, asks which version is in use, puts the contract on Fenmoor's paper, and sends a redline.
Customer view: Louise says she has not agreed commercial terms. Richard has asked for simplicity and no new commitment until the paper is agreed.
Next: Priya and Owen Tallis must review the redline and put any continuation of Growth in writing. The evidence does not show whether anything was signed.

- Priya Raman 23 Jun 2026 12:18Richard, Louise, Thank you both for the time on the call - really helpful to hear where each of you stands. A quick recap so we are all working from the same page. Where we are: the Enterprise order form is in your hands as the move up from Growth. The total deal value is the figure on the front page, and your current Growth subscription ends on 30 Jun 2026, so the aim is to have the new paper signed by then - no gap in service for the underwriting team. What I understand is still open: Louise's comments on your standard terms, and Richard's question about what this costs Fenmoor, all in. Happy to make this easy - if it helps, I can set out the all-in position on one page for the board. If we can get this over the line by 30 Jun 2026, to keep momentum, Owen and I can have the executed copy back to you the same day. Louise, could you send your redline when you have it? Owen is copied so he can turn it round quickly on our side. Best, Priya
- Louise Carver 24 Jun 2026 13:43Priya, Thank you for the recap. A few points from our side. First, please confirm which version of the order form you are working from - I have the one attached to your last email and I want to be sure we are not both marking up different drafts. Second, our standard position is that the contract sits on Fenmoor's paper. I will come back with a redline on the data protection and termination clauses, and on the service credit wording. Third, anything agreed on the call remains subject to contract. I have not agreed commercial terms and would not want that to be assumed. I will send the redline once I have had it reviewed internally. Kind regards, Louise Carver, Procurement
- Priya Raman 29 Jun 2026 14:10Louise, Richard, Following up - I have not seen the redline yet, and with the current term ending tomorrow on 30 Jun 2026 I want to make sure nothing slips. To confirm: the version you have is the one I sent after the call. If a different copy is on your side, send it over and we will work from yours. On the service credit wording and the termination clause, Owen is available today or first thing tomorrow to go through any wording that concerns you. Happy to make this easy - a short call would probably be quicker than another round of email. Would it also help to agree a short continuation of the current Growth subscription while the paper is finalised, so the team is not left without access? Just say and I will put it in writing. Best, Priya
- Louise Carver 30 Jun 2026 12:42Priya, Thank you. The redline is attached. It is a markup of the version you confirmed, so we should be on the same document. The main changes are to the termination clause and to the service credit wording. Everything else is as per our standard position. I would ask that you review these with Owen before we discuss any further. On a short continuation of the current subscription: Richard has asked that we keep it simple and not take on a new commitment until the paper is agreed. Please send what you propose in writing and I will review it. This remains subject to contract. Kind regards, Louise Carver, Procurement
