What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26After the QBR, Richard Thorne asks for the renewal position kept simple: the all-in cost for the next term and any change from the current one, with price movement stated plainly. He must take it to the board.
Ask: Daniel Okafor said Fenmoor is on Growth with forty licensed users, the term runs to 30 Jun 2026, and a renewal note would follow early the following week. Richard replies asking for that note.
Customer view: He wants the cost all in and any price movement stated rather than inferred. He needs the board before he can say more, so timing matters to him.
Next: The renewal note must state price and changes plainly. The evidence does not show which price book Fenmoor signed under, so any uplift needs checking against the order form first.

- Daniel Okafor 20 May 2026 17:30Dear Callum, dear Richard, Thank you both for your time today. I always come away from these sessions with a better sense of how the team is finding the brain, and this one was no exception. Just to close the loop on where we got to: Fenmoor is on the Growth tier with forty licensed users, and the current term runs to 30 Jun 2026. Usage has been steady, the helpdesk has been quiet, and nothing is overdue on the finance side, so I think we are in a good place to talk about what comes next. I would like to send you a short note setting out the renewal position in plain terms, so Richard has what he needs to decide. Callum, if there are particular oversight questions from your capacity providers you would like the brain to answer better over the next term, please send them to me and I will bring them into that conversation. I'll come back to you by early next week with the renewal note. Priya is copied so that she has the full picture on the commercial side. Best wishes, Daniel
- Richard Thorne 21 May 2026 14:04Daniel, Thank you for the note. Please send the renewal position when it is ready. Keep it simple. What I need to see is what it costs us, all in, for the next term and what changes, if anything, from the current one. If there is any movement in price I would like it stated plainly rather than inferred. I'll need to take that to the board before I can say anything further, so the earlier I have it the better. Callum will tell you if there is anything operational to add. Regards, Richard Thorne
