Current to 10 Oct 26Richard Thorne, COO, confirmed the Growth renewal order form matches his file and said he would sign it on 30 Jun 2025. He asked for countersignature to be confirmed and the new term recorded from 1 Jul 2025.
Ask: Priya Raman sent the Growth renewal order form on 27 Jun 2025, with the same tier, users and annual subscription as before.
Customer view: Richard checked it against his own file and said he would sign that morning. He wants countersignature confirmed and the term recorded from 1 Jul 2025 for his finance team.
Next: The thread does not show the countersigned copy or BB-Demo's confirmation, so the executed paper should be checked.

- Priya Raman 27 Jun 2025 17:17Hi Richard, Good to be at this point – the order form for the Growth renewal is attached and ready for your signature. Your current term ends on 30 Jun 2025, and the new term would start on 1 Jul 2025, so signing before then keeps everything running without a gap. To be clear on what is in it: it is the same Growth tier you have today, the same licensed users and the same annual subscription, with no change to the terms you have been on since you joined on 1 Jul 2024. Nothing is added on top. If we can get this over the line by Monday, that would keep things tidy for your finance team and for us. Happy to make this easy – if anything in the form needs a second look, tell me what and I will turn it round quickly. Callum and the team have been using the brain more over the last quarter, which is good to see, and I would be glad to talk about what comes next whenever suits you. Best, Priya
- Richard Thorne 30 Jun 2025 11:00Priya, Thank you. I have been through the order form against my own file: the annual subscription and the licensed users are as they are today, and there is nothing further on top. That is what I needed to see. I will sign it this morning and return it to you. Please confirm once it has been countersigned and the new term is recorded from 1 Jul 2025, so our finance team has the paperwork for the file. Regards, Richard Thorne
