What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked Richard Thorne for half an hour before the term ends on 30 Jun 2025. Richard agreed, prefers mornings in the week after next, and said he cannot commit on the call because the board must decide.
Ask: two or three slot options, a short agenda opening with the decision he is asked to make, and the figures and summary in advance.
Customer view: cooperative but procedural. He will not commit on the call itself.
Next: Daniel sends options and an agenda, and brings the board summary and the all-in cost. Daniel also asked whether the current user count still fits, which Richard did not address.

- Daniel Okafor 10 Apr 2025 15:48Dear Richard, Thank you for your reply last week, and for being so clear about what the board will want to see. I would like to find half an hour with you before the current term ends on 30 Jun 2025, so we can talk through the renewal properly and I can answer your question about the all-in cost in person rather than by email. I would also like to hear how the team is finding it, and whether the number of users you have now still feels like the right fit for Fenmoor. I do not want to guess at a slot in your diary. If you could let me know which parts of next week or the week after suit you, mornings or afternoons, I will work around you and send an invitation. I will bring the summary for the board with me, so you can see it before it goes anywhere. I'll come back to you with a short agenda once we have a time. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Richard Thorne 10 Apr 2025 17:32Daniel, Thank you. A call is sensible. Mornings are better for me, and early in the week is best. I am out for part of next week, so the week after is more likely to work. Please send two or three options and I will pick one. I would like the agenda to be short and to open with the decision I am being asked to make. I will not be in a position to commit on the call itself, as this needs to go to the board, but I would like to have the figures and the summary in front of me beforehand. Regards, Richard Thorne
