What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Richard Thorne, Chief Operating Officer, accepts a Thursday 09:30 call on terms but will commit to nothing without the board. He wants a note stating the decision sought and the all-in cost in one place.
Ask: Priya Raman proposed forty minutes to agree the shape of the proposal, with the procurement manager welcome. Richard picked Thursday at 09:30.
Customer view: he wants a short note beforehand setting out the decision required and the cost to Fenmoor, all in. He says he will not commit on the call and must take it to the board.
Next: Priya sends the note ahead and expects the procurement manager to want paper before discussion.

- Priya Raman 20 May 2024 09:27Hi Richard, Quick recap of where we are - the demo on your own submissions and bordereaux data went well, your team has what it needs on the product side, and the next step is to sit down and talk through commercial terms. To keep momentum, could we find forty minutes later this week? I'm flexible on Wednesday or Thursday, and happy to make this easy by working around your diary. If it helps, your procurement manager is very welcome to join - I'd rather we all heard the same thing at the same time. The aim is simply to agree the shape of the proposal so that we can get to paper quickly after that. Best, Priya
- Richard Thorne 20 May 2024 10:17Priya, Thursday morning is better. Say 09:30. Please send a short note beforehand setting out the decision you want from me. I would also like the cost to us, all in, written down in one place. I will ask our procurement manager to attend. She will want to see anything on paper before it is discussed. To be clear, I will not be committing to anything on the call. I'll need to take it to the board.
