Current to 10 Oct 26After discovery, Richard Thorne (COO) asked what the Growth deal costs all in before Callum Reid's team spends time on a demo. Priya Raman replied that the deal value includes implementation and the first year's subscription.
Ask: Richard wants one total, including anything one-off, before committing his team's time to a demo. He says any commitment goes to the board.
Customer view: cost clarity gates further effort. Callum was warmly thanked for describing the capacity-provider questions, but the COO is the one setting the pace.
Next: Priya promised a one-page split of one-off and annual elements and a no-cost demo on Fenmoor's own data, to stay on track for 17 Jun 2024.

- Priya Raman 20 Mar 2024 17:38Hi Callum, Richard, Thanks both for your time today - really useful session, and Callum, thank you for being so clear about what the oversight questions from your capacity providers look like day to day. A quick recap so we're all working from the same page: - The problem: answering capacity providers' questions means pulling submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity together by hand, and it eats your team's week. - The fit: the brain sits over those sources inside your own Snowflake account, so your underwriting operations team can ask one place instead of reconciling several. - The tier we discussed: Growth, which suits several teams and adds the dashboards builder. - Where the opportunity sits: we're pencilling in a decision around 17 Jun 2024, which gives us comfortable room to run a demo on your own data first. To keep momentum, the next step I'd suggest is a demo built on a sample of your real submissions and bordereaux data, so you can judge it against the questions you actually get asked. Callum, could you tell me which two or three questions from the capacity providers hurt most? I'll shape the demo around those. Richard, I'll also put together a one-page summary of the commercials so you have what you need without wading through detail. Happy to make this easy. Best, Priya
- Richard Thorne 22 Mar 2024 11:04Priya, Thank you for the summary. I have one question. What does this cost us, all in? I would rather understand the total, including anything one-off, before Callum invests more of his team's time in a demo. I will need to take any commitment to the board, so please keep it simple. Regards, Richard Thorne
- Priya Raman 22 Mar 2024 12:50Richard, Callum, Thanks Richard - a fair question, and I'd rather be plain about it. The deal value we have on our side for Growth is the total for the deal, and it includes the one-off implementation fee as well as the first year's subscription. It is not an annual price on its own. The subscription is then billed annually in advance, and quarterly if you prefer, on thirty-day terms. I'll set out the split between the one-off element and the annual element on a single page, with nothing else buried in it, so you can see the all-in position at a glance. On the demo: there is no cost and no commitment, and it uses a sample of your own data. That is the cleanest way for you and Callum to judge whether the brain answers the capacity-provider questions before anything goes near the board. If we can get the one-pager to you early next week and the demo booked shortly after, we stay on track for the 17 Jun 2024 date. Best, Priya
