1. Parties
This agreement is between BB-Demo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("BB-Demo"), and Stainmore Haulage, a company in Carlisle ("Customer").
2. Services
BB-Demo provides the Company Brain at Starter tier, enabling natural-language queries over integrated business data within the Customer's Snowflake account.
