1. Parties
This Agreement is between BB-Demo Limited ("BB-Demo") and Kilcolgan Payments Limited ("Customer").
2. Services
BB-Demo shall provide access to the Company Brain, a data platform that integrates the Customer's systems, hosted within the Customer's Snowflake account.
3. Subscription and Pricing
