Processing Activities
BG-Demo processes customer personal data (from CRM, emails, calls, tickets, finance and HR systems) to provide analytics and search capabilities within the customer's Snowflake environment.
Processing Instructions
- Customer directs all processing
- BG-Demo processes data only as instructed and as necessary to perform the contracted services
- Processing occurs exclusively in the customer's own Snowflake account
- BG-Demo does not use customer data for any other purpose
Data Subject Rights
BG-Demo co-operates with customer to fulfil data subject rights, including access requests, rectification and erasure, within statutory timeframes.
Sub-processors
