Proposal dated 4 Jul 2025 from Lewis Kerr for the Company Brain on a Growth plan: £42k annual subscription, £54k total engagement value, one-hour critical response. Not an executed order form; it is stored as final.

What it is: a sales proposal, not a contract. It says "Sign order form and begin implementation" as a next step, so the order form is a separate document.

Commits: nothing binding. It states the subscription at £42k ("paid in advance"), a total of £54k, up to forty users, up to eight systems and a "Priority one-hour response to critical issues".

Unusual: the Growth list price in the brief is £44k (v1), so £42k is below list, but the proposal states no discount. The implementation fee is "Included in total below" with no separate figure. The go-live target of "end of September 2025" is long past.

Not settled: availability percentage (only "standard Growth-tier availability terms"), payment terms, signature, start date and renewal. The executed order form decides contracted price and terms.

Body

Pelton Grange Care - Proposal

Date: 4 Jul 2025

Company Overview

Pelton Grange Care operates a network of care homes across County Durham and Northumberland, providing residential and nursing care. The organisation manages family enquiries, commissioner communications, incident reports and fee invoices across each location, currently in disconnected systems.

Challenge

Leadership has identified that care home managers and the central team spend significant time pulling together data from the CRM, email, ticketing and finance systems to answer questions like:

  • Which families have overdue fee invoices?
  • What incidents have been reported at each home this month?
  • Which commissioners are requesting information, and what is still outstanding?

Each query requires data entry staff to switch between systems and reconcile information by hand. This creates delays and risks gaps in oversight.

Solution

We propose the Company Brain on a Growth plan to unify these data streams:

  • CRM: family, commissioner and contact records
  • Email: enquiry and communication history
  • Helpdesk: incident tickets and status
  • Finance: invoices and payments per home
Read the whole document (2,199 characters)

The brain will be queried daily by managers and administrators to see the complete picture for each home without rekeying data.

Investment

  • Annual subscription: £42k (Company Brain – Growth tier, paid in advance)
  • One-time implementation: Included in total below
  • Total engagement value: £54k

Scope and Service

  • Users: up to forty across support, care home and central finance teams
  • Data connectors: up to eight systems
  • Included features: dashboards builder, quarterly business reviews
  • Support: Priority one-hour response to critical issues
  • Service level: Subject to our standard Growth-tier availability terms

Next Steps

  1. Confirm scope and timelines with your ops and finance teams
  2. Provide system access for security review
  3. Sign order form and begin implementation
  4. Go-live target: end of September 2025

We look forward to bringing the Company Brain into Pelton Grange Care.
