Overview
Tarnbeck Insurance Brokers went live on 30 Jan 2025 with BB-Demo's Starter tier. This plan covers implementation through February 2025 for 15 users.
Phase 1: Credentials and system access (completed)
Week of: 30 Jan 2025
Status: Completed
We gathered admin credentials for your CRM and confirmed network access for the database connection.
Phase 2: Setup and mapping (current)
Week of: 5 Feb 2025
Status: In progress
Before we switch on the refresh, we'll map your CRM fields to the brain's schema. What I need from your side is confirmation of your field usage so the mapping comes out clean. We'll run a test load and check that the data counts match your source.
Phase 3: Production and handover
Target: Mid-February 2025
Your 15 users will log in to the brain. We'll hand over a setup note for your admin covering user management, refresh runs and basic troubleshooting.
