1. Definitions
Agreement: This Master Services Agreement and all schedules and amendments.

6. Confidentiality

8.1 Upon expiry or termination, the Customer shall cease use of B-Glass and return all materials.
9. General Provisions
9.1 This Agreement, with all schedules, is the entire agreement between the parties.
9.2 Amendments require written signatures from both parties.
9.3 If any clause is invalid, the remainder continues in force.
