What it says

What this says

Current to 14 Oct 26

Data Processing Agreement dated 9 Sep 2024 between BB-Demo Limited as Processor and Marsden Vale Recruitment as Controller. It is stored as executed, but the signature blocks in the text are blank. It states no price or service levels.

What it is: a standard DPA under the Order Form dated 9 September 2024. It covers processing of "client accounts, open roles and invoice data" solely to provide the Company Brain service.

Commits: the Processor to act only on documented instructions, keep staff under confidentiality, and use no sub-processors "without prior written authorisation from the Controller". It must also assist with data subject requests, support audits and delete or return data on termination.

Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Liability follows the Master Services Agreement, which is not in this file.

Not settled: the header says executed, yet the signature, name and date lines are all blank, so this copy does not show who signed. The text sets no price, service levels, notice period or renewal date.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
