What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final-status proposal dated 18 Sep 2026 for the Growth tier, prices the subscription at £50k a year and the total deal at £62k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, so the price and terms remain open.
What it is: a BB-Demo proposal to Cawthorne Learning, Sheffield, for the Growth tier. It says the deal total of £62k "is not an annual price" and the recurring subscription is £50k.
Commits: nothing binding yet. Billing is annual in advance, quarterly on request, and the order form under the MSA is to record tier, connectors and price.
Unusual: the implementation fee is shown as "Included in deal total" with no separate figure. Service levels are described, not quantified: a one business hour P1 first response and a refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days.
Not settled: the connector list, go-live commitments, payment terms and kick-off date. The text does not show that an order form has been issued or signed, nor who at Cawthorne Learning received it.

Body
Cawthorne Learning - Proposal
Prepared for: Cawthorne Learning, Sheffield Prepared by: BB-Demo Date: 18 Sep 2026 Status: Final Proposed tier: Growth
1. Context
Cawthorne Learning supplies apprenticeship-management software to training providers and further-education colleges. Your customer success team works with many providers at once, and today each provider's tickets, product usage and renewals sit in separate systems. Reconciling them by hand takes time, and it makes it harder to see which providers need attention before a renewal conversation.
You asked us to look at how the BB-Demo company brain could put those views in one place, so that customer success can ask a question once and get an answer across the helpdesk, the CRM and product usage.
2. What we propose
We propose the Growth tier of the company brain, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it already lives.
Scope
Read the whole document (3,623 characters)
- A single AI-queryable layer over your helpdesk, your CRM and the usage data you already hold for each provider.
- Pages, chat and search for your customer success team, so they can ask plain-language questions such as which providers have rising ticket volumes and a renewal coming up.
- The dashboards builder, so your team can build and keep their own provider health views.
- Quarterly business reviews with BB-Demo, to look at what the brain is being used for and what it is worth to you.
- The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance. If you need more users or connectors later, we can add them as add-ons or discuss a move to Enterprise.
Implementation
A fixed-fee implementation covers connector design, loading your first sources, and training for the teams that will use the brain. We agree the connectors and the go-live commitments in the order form, so you know what will be live and when.
3. Service levels
Growth carries the standard Growth service levels: the Growth availability commitment, a one business hour first response on priority-one issues, and a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days. Service credits apply to availability. Any change to these would be written into the order form.
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Growth annual subscription | £50k | Annual, invoiced in advance |
| One-off implementation | Included in deal total | Fixed fee, agreed in the order form |
| Total deal value | £62k | Subscription plus the one-off implementation fee |
The deal total of £62k is the overall value of the engagement and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. The recurring annual subscription is £50k. All amounts are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
5. Commercial terms
- The subscription is billed annually in advance, with quarterly billing available on request.
- Payment is on our standard payment terms.
- The engagement is governed by BB-Demo's MSA and an order form that records the tier, the connectors and the price.
- At renewal, the subscription is reviewed against the price book in force at that time, and we give notice ahead of the renewal date.
6. Next steps
- Your team reviews this proposal and tells us which sources matter most for the first phase.
- We confirm the connector list and the go-live commitments with your IT contact.
- We issue the order form under the MSA for signature.
- Implementation starts once the order form is signed, and we agree a kick-off date with your team.
Harvey Doyle is your BB-Demo contact for commercial questions on this proposal.
