Draft proposal from BG-Demo for a Growth subscription at £50k a year, with a first-year deal amount of £62k including implementation. It promises a one business hour P1 response and a 07:00 nightly refresh. Not executed and not yet shared.

What it is: a proposal prepared by Priya Raman on 15 Sep 2026, marked "Draft." and "Subject to review before it is shared." It is an open item, not a contract.

Commits: nothing binding yet. It sets out "First response to a priority one issue within one business hour" and "Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days", with service credits for availability only.

Price: "£62k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual price of the subscription is £50k." The £62k is not an annual figure.

Not settled: the system list, named administrators, kick-off date and connector go-live days are all open. The implementation fee is not stated separately, and the document does not say whether any discount applies.

Body

Cawthorne Learning - Proposal v1

Draft. Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo, on 15 Sep 2026. Account owner: Harvey Doyle. Subject to review before it is shared.

Context

Cawthorne Learning, based in Sheffield, supplies apprenticeship-management software to training providers and further-education colleges. Customer success currently has to piece together each provider's tickets, usage and renewals from separate systems. Cawthorne Learning is evaluating BG-Demo's B-Glass, on the Growth tier, so that those views sit in one place and can be queried by the team directly.

What we propose

A Growth subscription: one AI-queryable layer over the systems customer success relies on, built and run inside Cawthorne Learning's own Snowflake account.

  • Pages, chat and search across the connected systems
  • The dashboards builder, so the team can build the provider views it needs
  • Quarterly business reviews with a named customer success manager
  • The Growth user and connector allowances
  • A fixed-fee implementation to connect the systems and bring the brain live

The security questionnaire completed earlier by Hannah Lowe, our Solutions Engineer, remains the reference for how the brain is hosted and accessed. Anything marked open there stays open until confirmed in writing.

Pricing

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance£50k
One-off implementation, fixed feeIncluded in the deal amount below
Deal amount, first year including implementation£62k

To be clear, £62k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual price of the subscription is £50k. Payment terms follow the standard terms under the MSA.

Service levels

  • The Growth availability service level
  • First response to a priority one issue within one business hour
  • Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days
  • Service credits for availability only

Delivery

Implementation runs to the Growth timetable of eight weeks from kick-off. The connectors to be made live, and the number of days within which each goes live, will be written into the order form once Cawthorne Learning confirms its list.

Open points

  • Final list of systems to connect
  • Named administrators on the Cawthorne Learning side
  • Preferred kick-off date

Next steps

  1. Cawthorne Learning reviews this draft and confirms the system list.
  2. We turn the agreed scope into an order form under the MSA.
  3. Signature, then kick-off.

Happy to make this easy: if we can get the scope confirmed by the end of the quarter, we can keep momentum into kick-off.

Best, Priya

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the AI from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
