What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final onboarding plan dated 21 Sep 2025 for Clashmore Recruitment's Starter implementation: four weeks, up to four connectors, inside the customer's own Snowflake account. It states contracted ARR of £19k and a term ending 17 Sep 2026.
What it is: a BB-Demo delivery plan prepared by Hamza Akhtar. It sets four phases over four weeks, with milestones at the end of each week and a handover to Elena Novak.
Commits: "fixed-fee engagement of four weeks and covers up to four connectors". Customer sign-off on data checks is due by the end of week three, and training by the end of week four.
Unusual: it quotes contracted ARR of £19k, which is not a v1 or v2 Starter list price in the company brief. The plan does not explain the difference, and the executed order form would decide the price.
Not settled: it does not name the four connectors, the customer lead or any go-live date. It gives no service levels and no renewal terms, only that renewal planning begins ahead of the term end on 17 Sep 2026, a date now past.

Body
Clashmore Recruitment - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final Prepared by: Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo Date: 21 Sep 2025
Purpose
This plan sets out how BB-Demo will bring Clashmore Recruitment live on the company brain. The goal is simple: consultants in Cork should be able to open one place and see each client's roles, placements and invoices together, without moving between systems by hand.

Scope
The Starter implementation is a fixed-fee engagement of four weeks and covers up to four connectors. The brain runs inside Clashmore's own Snowflake account. Which four systems are connected is agreed with the customer in the first week, and the plan below assumes the sources that hold roles, placements and invoices.
Phases
Read the whole document (3,344 characters)
| Phase | Timing | What happens | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kick-off and access | Week one | Confirm goals, name the customer lead, agree the four connectors, arrange access to Snowflake and each source system | Hamza Akhtar with the customer lead |
| Connect and load | Weeks one and two | Build the connectors, run the first loads, check that records for roles, placements and invoices arrive complete | Hamza Akhtar |
| Validate | Week three | Customer reviews sample client views against what consultants know to be true; fix gaps and mapping issues | Customer lead with Hamza Akhtar |
| Train and hand over | Week four | Short sessions for consultants on pages, chat and search; hand over to the customer success manager | Hamza Akhtar, then Elena Novak |
Milestones
- Connectors agreed and access confirmed by the end of week one.
- First complete load visible to the customer by the end of week two.
- Customer sign-off on data checks by the end of week three.
- Training delivered and account handed to customer success by the end of week four.
Customer responsibilities
- Name one lead who can make decisions and chase colleagues for access.
- Provide admin access to the systems being connected, or arrange it with a colleague in IT.
- Make consultants available for validation and training.
- Tell us promptly if a source system is changed during the implementation, as this can stop a connector loading.
Risks and watch points
- Access delays. Waiting for credentials is the most common cause of slippage. We will raise it early if it happens.
- Data quality in source systems. Gaps in how roles or placements are recorded will show up in the brain. We will flag these rather than hide them.
- Adoption. The plan depends on consultants actually using the brain. Usage will be reviewed with the customer after handover.
After go-live
Elena Novak takes over as the day-to-day contact for adoption and support. The Starter tier includes a check-in with the customer success manager, and renewal planning begins well ahead of the term end on 17 Sep 2026. Lewis Kerr remains the contact for any commercial changes, such as additional users or connectors.
