Parties
This agreement is made between BG-Demo, a London data business ("BG-Demo"), and Clashmore Recruitment, a recruiter based in Cork ("the Customer").
Background
BG-Demo provides B-Glass: one AI-queryable layer over the Customer's business systems, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account. The Customer has chosen the Starter tier so that its consultants can see each client's roles, placements and invoices together.

Scope of the Starter tier
The Starter tier covers one team, with pages, chat and search over the connected systems. Users and connectors are as set out in the Starter tier description. Any change to users, connectors or tier is made by a written change to this agreement.
Confidentiality and data
Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only to perform this agreement. Personal data is handled under the separate Data Processing Agreement signed on the same date. The Customer's data stays in the Customer's own Snowflake account.
General
This agreement, with the order summary above, is the whole agreement between the parties on its subject. If the Customer's own purchasing terms conflict with it, this agreement prevails. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
