Body
Pellegrin Hart Benefits - Proposal
Prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BG-Demo. Issued 30 Mar 2026. Status: final.
Context
Pellegrin Hart Benefits, based in Hartford, administers health and retirement benefits for mid-sized employers across New England. Your client-service teams handle each employer client's tickets, calls and renewals in separate systems today. To be transparent, that means a lot of manual reconciling before anyone can answer a simple question about a client.
This proposal sets out how BG-Demo's B-Glass, on the Growth tier, would put those views in one place, inside your own Snowflake account.
What you told us you need
- One view of each employer client across tickets, calls and renewal dates.
- Client-service teams that can ask plain questions and get answers grounded in your own data.
- Data that stays in your environment, with a security review you can trust.

How the implementation runs
- Connect. We agree the list of source systems with your team and bring them into the brain.
- Prove. We run the brain on your own data so your client-service leads can test real questions.
- Hand over. We train your teams and set the first review with Hollie Grieve.
Any connector promised in the order form carries a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
Security and data
Here's where we are: your security team can review how the brain is built before anything goes live. We will answer their questions directly and plainly, including anything that needs a follow-up. Your data stays in your Snowflake account throughout.
Next steps
- Your team confirms the scope and the list of connectors.
- Your security team starts its review, with our support.
- BG-Demo prepares the order form under the master services agreement.
What would make this a yes? Tell me what is still open and I will pick it up straight away.
