Not settled: the first sources to connect, whether a security review is needed, and the billing frequency. The evidence does not show that it was sent or signed.

Body
Pellegrin Hart Benefits - Proposal v1
Draft | Prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BG-Demo | Dated 25 Mar 2026
This draft is for internal review before it goes to Pellegrin Hart Benefits. Open points are listed at the end.
Context
Pellegrin Hart Benefits is a third-party administrator of health and retirement benefits for mid-sized employers across New England, based in Hartford. Your client-service teams work for many employer clients at once. Today, each client's tickets, calls and renewals sit in separate systems, so building a full picture of one employer means checking several places by hand.
To be transparent, this proposal covers one thing: giving those teams a single place to ask questions across that data.
What we propose
BG-Demo would build B-Glass for Pellegrin Hart Benefits on the Growth tier. The brain is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails and tickets. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays in your environment.
What your teams get:
Read the whole document (3,207 characters)
- Pages, chat and search across the connected sources
- The dashboards builder, so client-service leads can build their own views of each employer client
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Hollie Grieve
- The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance
- The standard Growth service levels for availability and first response, with the nightly refresh complete before your business day starts
Scope of the implementation
The implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off piece of work. It covers:
- Connecting your CRM, your call recorder, your mailboxes and your helpdesk to the brain
- Loading and checking the first data so your teams can ask real questions on their own records
- Training for the client-service teams and the administrators
- A hand-over to Hollie Grieve for adoption and the quarterly reviews
Any connector beyond the Growth allowance can be added later as an add-on.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance | £50k |
| One-off fixed-fee implementation, included in the deal amount | Included |
| Deal amount (total value, first term) | £62k |
The annual subscription price is £50k. The deal amount of £62k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. From the second year, the subscription is the annual price only.
Payment terms are the standard BG-Demo terms. Quarterly billing is available on request.
Proposed next steps
- Jordan Pike to review this draft with the BG-Demo deal team
- Share the final proposal with your sponsor at Pellegrin Hart Benefits
- Agree the list of sources to connect first
- Prepare the order form under the BG-Demo MSA
Open points
- Confirm with your team which sources should go live first
- Confirm whether a security review is needed before signature
- Confirm the preferred billing frequency
- Check the wording on the implementation fee before this goes out
Here's where we are: the scope and the price are settled in this draft. The open points above are what stand between this and a final proposal.
Thanks, Jordan
