Purpose and scope
BG-Demo will provide B-Glass on the Growth tier, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, so that the Customer's merchant success and merchant risk teams can see each merchant's disputes, tickets and volumes together. The services comprise the Growth subscription and a one-off Growth implementation.

Term
The initial term starts on 5 Feb 2026 and ends on 4 Feb 2027, unless renewed or ended in line with this agreement. BG-Demo's customer success manager will contact the Customer ahead of the end date about renewal.

Service credits under this agreement are calculated on availability only. A brain that is available but answering on older data is not an availability breach for the purposes of this agreement.
Fees and payment
- BG-Demo invoices the subscription quarterly in advance and the implementation fee as agreed in the order lines above.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days.
- Fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Customer data
The Customer's data stays in the Customer's own Snowflake account. BG-Demo accesses it only to deliver and support the services. The parties will agree data protection terms in a separate data processing agreement, which forms part of this agreement once signed.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information private, uses it only for the purposes of this agreement, and returns or deletes it on request at the end of the term.
Liability
Liability caps and exclusions follow BG-Demo's standard master services terms, subject to the open points below.
