Draft proposal prepared 2 Dec 2025 for the Growth tier: £48k annual subscription and £60k total first-year deal value including implementation. P1 first response within one business hour. Not yet an offer.

What it is: a draft proposal from Sophie Ling for Growth tier, marked "For discussion, not yet an offer". It covers merchant success and merchant risk teams.

Commits: nothing binding. It states a £48k annual price, a £60k total including the one-off fixed-fee implementation, 30-day terms and nightly refresh "by 07:00 customer local time on business days".

Unusual: the subscription of £48k sits above the v1 Growth list of £44k and below the v2 Growth list of £50k. The text does not explain the basis.

Not settled: the executed order form "will override it". The evidence does not show whether it was signed, the term length, the connector dates, or whether EU data residency was wanted. The implementation fee and availability percentage are not stated.

Body

Veenendrecht Payments - Proposal v1

Draft | Prepared 2 Dec 2025 | For discussion, not yet an offer

Prepared for: Veenendrecht Payments, Utrecht Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BG-Demo Account owner: Matteo Ricci Customer success manager: Elena Novak

Context

Veenendrecht Payments is a Dutch payment service provider for subscription and software businesses, supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. Today, merchant success and merchant risk each look at a merchant through their own systems. Disputes, support tickets and processing volumes sit in different places, and putting them side by side takes manual work.

The aim of this proposal is to give both teams one place to ask questions about each merchant, built on data you already hold.

What BG-Demo proposes

B-Glass on the Growth tier: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, helpdesk, call and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.

Scope

Read the whole document (3,167 characters)
  • Growth tier subscription, covering several teams, including merchant success and merchant risk.
  • The Growth user allowance and connector allowance. Additional users or connectors can be added later as add-ons.
  • Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder.
  • Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager.
  • A fixed-fee implementation of about eight weeks to connect the sources and bring the brain live.

Not in scope

  • SSO and SCIM, which sit in the Enterprise tier.
  • Dedicated EU data residency, which is an add-on and can be priced separately if you want it.
  • Premium support and the Sandbox.

Pricing

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance£48k
Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee£60k

The annual price of £48k is what recurs each year. The total of £60k is the value of the whole deal in the first year and includes the one-off, fixed-fee implementation. Invoices are in GBP on 30-day terms. Quarterly billing is available on request.

Service levels

  • Availability at the Growth level.
  • First response to a priority one issue within one business hour.
  • Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days.
  • Service credits for availability, as a share of one month's fee.

Commercial terms

  • New business under the MSA, with an order form setting out the lines and term.
  • Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
  • Any figure in this draft is subject to the executed order form, which will override it.

Open points

  • Confirm which source systems merchant success and merchant risk want connected first.
  • Confirm whether EU data residency is wanted as an add-on.
  • Confirm the security review is complete from your side. The questionnaire has been answered separately.

Next steps

  1. Veenendrecht Payments reviews this draft and sends comments to Sophie Ling.
  2. Sophie and Matteo Ricci agree the final lines and term with you.
  3. BG-Demo issues the order form under the MSA for signature.
  4. Elena Novak plans onboarding with your teams once the order form is signed.
