Parties
This agreement is between BG-Demo, a London data business (the Supplier), and Ardenmore Pension Administration of Birmingham (the Customer).

Services
The Supplier will provide B-Glass at the Starter tier to the Customer, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with the one-off implementation described below. Use is limited to the Starter user and connector allowances.

Service credits are calculated on availability only. A period in which the brain was available but answering on data that was not refreshed does not attract a credit under this tier.
Customer responsibilities
- Give the Supplier timely access to the systems named for connection.
- Nominate an administrator and a business sponsor.
- Tell the Supplier promptly if a connected system is changed, replaced or retired, because that can stop a connector loading.
Data and security
Customer data stays inside the Customer's Snowflake account. The Supplier will process it only to provide the services and will follow the data protection terms agreed between the parties.
Changes to this agreement
Any change to price, term or service levels must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Once executed, the order form and this agreement take precedence over any earlier draft, proposal or CRM record.
