What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final QBR deck by Amara Obi for the Growth tier. It states £44k contracted annual recurring revenue, 40 licensed users, around nine active, and a term ending 3 Apr 2026. It sets a plan to widen access and agree a value measure.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review dated 22 Feb 2026, prepared by Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £44k" and "Current term ends: 3 Apr 2026".
Commits: no service levels or billing terms. The plan assigns actions before the term ends on 3 Apr 2026: agree which client managers get access, build one or two dashboards, and hold a renewal conversation with Sophie Ling and Amara.
Unusual: the deck raises value itself, noting "a lot of the allowance is unused" with around nine active users against 40 licences, and says there is no measure of time saved. It also asks whether the tier still fits.
Not settled: the deck does not show the renewal outcome, the customer's answers, or who attended. The term end has since passed, so the current status is not shown here.

I am newer to this account than the team at Thackwray, so this deck starts from what the numbers say and what you tell me, not from history I have not lived through.

- Usage is steady and edging up, which is good.
- Nine regular users against forty licences means a lot of the allowance is unused. That is headroom, but it is also a question about value, and I would rather raise it than have you raise it.
- Who else should have access? Client managers for each brand are the obvious group, since the Growth tier was bought so they could see orders, returns tickets and service reviews together.
Value
- The purpose of the brain here is one view per brand across orders, returns tickets and service reviews, without anyone reconciling systems by hand.
- The regular users are clearly getting something from it, but I do not yet have a measure of the time saved or the reviews prepared faster. I would like to agree one with you during this review.
- Dashboards are included in Growth. If the client managers have a few reports they rebuild every month, those are the first candidates.
Issues
- No tickets raised in the last thirty days, and none marked high priority.
- No overdue invoices.
- Quiet is good, but with this few active users I would like to hear directly whether anything is being worked around instead of reported.
Plan
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Agree which client managers should be invited, and switch on access | Thackwray lead, with Amara Obi | Before the term ends on 3 Apr 2026 |
| Pick one or two reports to build as dashboards, and a simple value measure | Amara Obi | Before the term ends |
| Renewal conversation, including whether the tier still fits | Sophie Ling and Amara Obi | Booked ahead of 3 Apr 2026 |
| Next QBR in the diary | Amara Obi | To be agreed on this call |
Questions for you
- What does good look like for your client managers this quarter?
- Which brands or reviews are still prepared outside the brain?
- Is anything stopping more of the team from logging in?
Best, Amara
