What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Renewal proposal issued 2 Feb 2026 by Sophie Ling, offering a move from Growth to Enterprise at £110k a year. The current Growth subscription is £44k with 40 licensed users, term ending 3 Apr 2026. It is an offer only and binds no one.
What it is: a renewal proposal from Sophie Ling to Thackwray Logistics, stored as final. It proposes Enterprise, "Annual price | £110k", against a current contracted £44k on Growth.
Commits: nothing. Section 7 says it "does not bind either party until an order form is signed under the master agreement". Service levels, availability and response times are described only as higher or faster than Growth, with no figures.
Unusual: a move of tier at renewal rather than a like-for-like renewal, and the section 5 note that day-to-day use "has eased a little against the previous quarter". Section 5 also gives no usage figures.
Not settled: whether the customer accepted, whether an order form was issued, and the signatory. The document names no customer signatory and carries no signature, so the executed position is not shown here.

Body
Thackwray Logistics - Renewal Proposal
Issued 2 Feb 2026
Prepared for Thackwray Logistics by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Customer success contact: Amara Obi.
1. Where we are today
Thackwray Logistics has used the company brain since 4 Apr 2025, on the Growth tier, so that client managers can see each brand's orders, returns tickets and service reviews together across your two sites near the M18.
Your current term ends on 3 Apr 2026. Your contracted annual subscription is £44k, with 40 licensed users, and your account is fully up to date on payments. Support demand has been light, with a small number of tickets in the last month.
2. What we propose
We propose to renew your subscription on the Enterprise tier.

3. What changes for you
Reach
Growth was bought for client managers. Enterprise is designed for the whole company, so operations, finance and leadership can ask the same questions of the same data without separate reporting.
Access and control
Read the whole document (2,805 characters)
- Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, so people join and leave the brain with your normal joiner and leaver process.
- The Enterprise user and connector allowances, which give you room to grow beyond the current licensed users.
Service
- A higher availability commitment than Growth.
- A faster first response on priority-one issues.
- Service credits that cover data freshness as well as availability.
- A named executive sponsor at BB-Demo.
4. What stays the same
The brain continues to run inside your own Snowflake account, and your existing connectors and pages carry over. Nothing needs to be rebuilt for the renewal.
5. Our observations
Day-to-day use has eased a little against the previous quarter. We would like to talk with your client managers about what would make the brain more useful in their routine, and we see wider team involvement as the best way to do that. Amara Obi will arrange a short working session with your team ahead of the renewal date.
