What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Internal draft by Sophie Ling dated 28 Jan 2026 proposing to move Thackwray Logistics from Growth to Enterprise at £110k a year, against contracted ARR of £44k. It has not been shared with the customer and states no service levels.
What it is: an internal renewal proposal, marked "Draft for internal review, 28 Jan 2026" and "has not been shared with the customer". The term it addresses ends 3 Apr 2026, which is before the as-of date.
Commits: nothing binds either party. It proposes Enterprise at an annual price of £110k, with no discount included.
Unusual: the step from £44k to £110k is large, and the text itself says active use "has dipped" and the reason is not known. The draft links wider use to fixing that dip.
Not settled: the open points are the sponsor on the customer side, readiness to extend to other teams, the connectors in use and sign-off on the step up. The document does not show whether a proposal was issued or whether the customer renewed.

Body
Thackwray Logistics - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft for internal review, 28 Jan 2026
Prepared by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Customer success contact: Amara Obi.
1. Context
Thackwray Logistics has been a BB-Demo customer since 4 Apr 2025. The company runs contract logistics and e-commerce fulfilment for health and beauty brands from two sites near the M18, and bought the Growth tier so that client managers can see each brand's orders, returns tickets and service reviews in one place.
The current term ends on 3 Apr 2026. The contracted annual recurring revenue is £44k, with 40 licensed users. This draft sets out how we would like to approach the renewal.
2. Where the account stands
- Payments are up to date: there are no overdue invoices.
- Support volume is light. There were three tickets in the last month, one of them high priority.
- Active use has dipped compared with the previous quarter. The number of people using the brain on a typical day is well below the 40 licensed users.

The dip is the main thing to understand before this goes to the customer. It may reflect seasonal pressure in the fulfilment business, or it may mean that fewer client managers have made the brain part of their routine. We do not yet know which.
3. Proposal
We propose to renew on the Enterprise tier, so that the brain can move from a client-manager tool to a company-wide layer.

What Enterprise adds over Growth
- Single sign-on and SCIM user provisioning.
- A named executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side.
- The Enterprise user and connector allowances.
- The Enterprise service levels: higher availability commitment, a faster first response on priority-one issues, and service credits that cover data freshness as well as availability.
4. Why it could fit
The brain brings together several of Thackwray's systems for each brand. Enterprise would let the company bring in more teams, such as operations and finance, rather than leaving the brain with client managers alone. That is the case for the larger commitment: wider use should address the usage dip at its root.
5. Open points (to resolve before sending)
- Confirm with Amara Obi what the customer has said about value since the last review, and who the sponsor is on their side.
- Decide whether the customer is ready to extend to other teams, or whether a straight Growth renewal should be offered alongside Enterprise as the fallback.
- Confirm the connectors in use today and any the customer wants added.
- Check the size of the step up with Sophie's manager before any discount is considered. No discount is included in this draft.
6. Next steps
