What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final quarterly business review deck for a Growth tier customer, presented by Natalie Eze on 26 Aug 2025. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £44k, 40 licensed users and a contract end of Friday 3 April 2026. It is not a contract.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck by Natalie Eze, filed final, version one. It reports growing but low usage, no tickets and no overdue invoices.
Commits: it sets BB-Demo actions only, such as a hands-on session within the next month and a check that connectors are still loading. It does not state service levels or billing terms.
Renewal: slide six says "The subscription runs to Friday 3 April 2026" and ties an easier renewal to wider use and a clear account of value. It names no Thackwray attendee or signatory.
Not settled: no usage figures, no named customer contacts and no value example are given. The deck is dated 26 Aug 2025, so the position it describes may be out of date.

Thackwray Logistics - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier Presented by: Natalie Eze, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Date: Tuesday 26 August 2025 Status: Final, version one
Slide one: Where we are
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Thackwray Logistics, Doncaster |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | Friday 4 April 2025 |
| Contract end | Friday 3 April 2026 |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £44k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
Thackwray moved from onboarding to a live customer in the last quarter. This review covers how the brain is being used, what value is showing up and what we suggest next.
Slide two: Usage
- Active users have grown against the prior quarter. The trend is the encouraging part of this picture.
- Usage is still well below the 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom inside the current subscription.
- The people who use the brain most are the client managers who prepare brand service reviews.
- We would like to see usage spread across more client managers, so the brain does not depend on a small group.
Slide three: Value
Read the whole document (3,033 characters)
- Client managers can see each brand's orders, returns tickets and service reviews on one page, rather than pulling them from separate systems before each review.
- Preparation for a service review is quicker and the picture is consistent between brands.
- The Growth dashboards builder gives Thackwray a way to show brand performance in the same format every time.
We would like to capture a concrete example from the client managers in their own words, so the value can be described without guesswork.
Slide four: Support and service
| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised in the last month | None |
| High priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Nothing is outstanding on the support side and billing is up to date. We will keep checking that silence reflects a healthy setup rather than people simply not using the brain.
Slide five: Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Invite the remaining client managers and run a short hands-on session | Natalie Eze with Thackwray operations | Within the next month |
| Build dashboards for the most reviewed brands | Thackwray client managers, supported by BB-Demo | Over the next quarter |
| Check that all connectors are still loading after any system change | BB-Demo | Ongoing |
| Collect a written example of time saved on a service review | Natalie Eze | Before the next review |
Slide six: Looking ahead to renewal
The subscription runs to Friday 3 April 2026. The renewal conversation will be easier if, by the next review, we can show wider use across client managers and a clear account of what the brain is worth to Thackwray. We will return to this at the next quarterly review and agree who at Thackwray should be in that discussion.
Slide seven: Questions
Please bring any questions, new brands or new teams you would like included, and we will fold them into the plan above.
