What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final version one onboarding plan, dated 9 Apr 2025, for a Growth subscription running 4 Apr 2025 to 3 Apr 2026 at £44k contracted, with 40 licensed users. It sets phases and owners, not service levels. It is a plan, not a contract.
What it is: an onboarding plan prepared by Laura Penhaligon, Implementation Consultant, to take client managers from a quiet start to daily use of the brain for brand reviews. It lists four phases: kick-off and access, connect and index, pages, chat and dashboards, and adoption and handover.
Commits: it names owners and milestones, such as "All agreed connectors live" and "Refresh confirmed on a normal business day". Amara Obi owns adoption and the renewal conversation after handover.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. The £44k is labelled as contracted annual recurring revenue in this plan, and it matches the Growth v1 list price in the company brief.
Not settled: it gives no dates for individual milestones, no named connectors and no connector delivery days. It does not state availability, response times or service credits. The order form itself is not in this document, so contracted terms must be checked there. The plan is from April 2025 and says nothing on whether it was delivered.

Thackwray Logistics - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final, version one Prepared by: Laura Penhaligon, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo Date: Wednesday 9 April 2025 Customer: Thackwray Logistics, Doncaster Account owner: Sophie Ling Customer Success Manager: Amara Obi
Purpose
This plan sets out how BB-Demo will bring Thackwray Logistics live on the company brain. Thackwray provides contract logistics and e-commerce fulfilment for health and beauty brands from two sites near the M18. The Growth subscription was bought so that client managers can see each brand's orders, returns tickets and service reviews together, instead of reconciling them by hand.

Where we are today

The subscription started a few days ago and the brain is only just being switched on. Very few people have signed in so far, which is what we would expect at this stage. There are no open tickets and no overdue invoices. The aim of this plan is to move from that quiet start to client managers using the brain in their daily brand reviews.
Goals
- Connect the source systems that hold orders, returns tickets and service review material, so one question can span all three.
- Give each client manager a brand view they actually open before a service review.
- Build confidence in the data early, so people trust what the brain tells them.
- Hand over to Customer Success with a clear picture of who is using it and who is not.

Risks and dependencies
- Access to source systems. If permissions are slow to arrive, connectors will slip. Thackwray IT is the dependency here.
- Two sites. Data may be held differently at each site, so we will check both early rather than late.
- Champion time. Client managers are busy around service reviews. Short, practical sessions work better than long training days.
Communication
Laura will send a short written update after each phase. Questions in between go to Laura directly, and anything commercial goes to Sophie Ling. Once the plan is handed over, Amara Obi owns adoption and the renewal conversation ahead of the contract end on Friday 3 April 2026.
