Scope
The Growth tier is bought so that client managers can see each brand's orders, returns tickets and service reviews together in one place. Implementation covers up to eight connectors over an eight week programme, delivered inside the Customer's own Snowflake account.
Billing
- The subscription is invoiced annually in advance from the subscription start date.
- The implementation fee is invoiced as a one-off fixed fee.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Renewal
