Parties
- Supplier: BB-Demo, a London data business.
- Customer: Thackwray Logistics, Doncaster.
This agreement covers the supply of the BB-Demo company brain, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with the one-off implementation described below.
1. Services and tier
The Customer subscribes to the Growth tier. The subscription gives the Customer's client managers one AI-queryable view of each brand's orders, returns tickets and service reviews, including the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews that come with Growth.

All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT.

3. Term

4. Billing and payment

6. Data and security
The Customer's data stays in the Customer's own Snowflake account. BB-Demo accesses it only to provide and support the services.
7. Entire agreement
This signed agreement, with the commercial lines above, sets out the contracted price and terms between the parties. It replaces any earlier draft, quotation or proposal for the same services.
