What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26A BB-Demo proposal for the Growth tier: a £44k annual subscription and a £56k first-year deal amount including implementation. It is a proposal, not executed paper, and states no availability or P1 response figure beyond the standard Growth service level.
What it is: a proposal written by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, dated 10 Feb 2025 and stored as final. It sets out one company brain on the Growth tier, built inside the customer's own Snowflake account, starting with client management.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "The annual price of £44k is the recurring subscription" and that "The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 local time on business days". Prices are shown without VAT.
Unusual: the deal amount of £56k is the first-year total including the one-off implementation fee, which "does not recur at renewal". The £56k must not be read as an annual figure.
Not settled: service levels are only "the standard Growth service level", with no figures. Users and connectors are "the standard Growth allowance". The document does not show whether an order form was signed, or the start date.

Thackwray Logistics - Proposal
Prepared for Thackwray Logistics by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 10 Feb 2025
1. Context
Thackwray Logistics provides contract logistics and e-commerce fulfilment for health and beauty brands from two sites near Doncaster. Client managers currently move between several systems to see each brand's orders, returns tickets and service reviews. You told us you want one place to ask questions across all three.
This proposal sets out how the BB-Demo company brain, on the Growth tier, would do that, and what it would cost.
2. What we propose
One company brain, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, connecting the systems your client managers already use for orders, returns and service reviews.

The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 local time on business days, so client managers start each day on current data.
3. Scope of the first phase
- Connect the order management, returns ticketing and service review sources.
- Index the history so that each brand's orders, returns and reviews can be asked about together.
- Build a first set of dashboards for client managers, one view per brand.
- Train the client management team and agree who administers the brain.
4. Pricing

The annual price of £44k is the recurring subscription. The deal amount of £56k is the total value of the first year, including the one-off implementation fee. The implementation fee does not recur at renewal.
5. Next steps
- Thackwray Logistics confirms the list of systems to connect and the people who will use the brain from the start.
- BB-Demo issues an order form under the BB-Demo MSA, co-termed to the agreed start date.
- On signature, Amara Obi will agree the onboarding plan with your client management team.
If anything here needs adjusting, please tell Lewis Kerr and a revised version will follow the same day.
Kind regards, Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
