What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Internal draft proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 5 Feb 2025, not issued to the customer. It offers the Growth tier at £44k annual subscription, with a deal amount of £56k including one-off implementation. No availability or P1 figures are stated.
What it is: a proposal for the Growth tier, marked "Draft for internal review. Not yet issued to the customer." It is not a contract and the evidence does not show it was ever issued.
Commits: nothing binding. It states the "nightly refresh completes by 07:00 local time on business days" and prices Growth at £44k annual, in advance, with a deal amount of £56k for the first year.
Unusual: the £56k is a first-year total including implementation, which "does not recur at renewal". Service levels are only "the standard Growth service level", with no figures.
Not settled: the system list, starting user numbers, start date and service level wording are all listed as open points. Any executed order form would override these figures.

Body
Thackwray Logistics - Proposal v1
Draft for internal review. Not yet issued to the customer.
Prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 5 Feb 2025
1. Context
Thackwray Logistics provides contract logistics and e-commerce fulfilment for health and beauty brands from two sites near Doncaster. Client managers currently move between several systems to see each brand's orders, returns tickets and service reviews. They have told us they want one place to ask questions across all three.
This proposal sets out how the BB-Demo company brain, on the Growth tier, would give them that, and what it would cost.
2. What we propose
One company brain, built and run inside Thackwray Logistics' own Snowflake account, connecting the systems your client managers already use for orders, returns and service reviews.

| Area | What Thackwray Logistics gets |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Teams | Several teams, starting with client management |
| Features | Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Amara Obi |
| Users and connectors | The standard Growth allowance for both |
| Service levels | The standard Growth service level for availability and support response |
The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 local time on business days, so client managers start each day on current data.
3. Scope of the first phase
- Connect the order management, returns ticketing and service review sources.
- Index the history so that each brand's orders, returns and reviews can be asked about together.
- Build a first set of dashboards for client managers, one view per brand.
- Train the client management team and agree who administers the brain.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown without VAT.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual, in advance | £44k |
| One-off fixed-fee implementation | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount (total value, including implementation) | £56k |
The annual price of £44k is the recurring subscription. The deal amount of £56k is the total value of the first year, including the one-off implementation fee. The implementation fee does not recur at renewal.
5. Open points before issue
- Confirm the final list of systems to connect with Thackwray Logistics, as it affects the connector commitment in the order form.
- Confirm how many people will use the brain from the start, so we can check them against the Growth allowance.
- Agree a target start date with the customer.
- Internal check of the wording on service levels before this goes out.
6. Next steps
- Resolve the open points above.
- Lewis Kerr to issue the final proposal to Thackwray Logistics.
- On acceptance, issue an order form under the BB-Demo MSA, co-termed to the agreed start date.
