Final QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell on 1 Apr 2026. Active use is rising from a small base of just under seven against 40 licensed users, support is quiet, and one invoice is overdue. Contract end is 22 Aug 2026; renewal pricing is not covered.

What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, dated Wednesday 1 April 2026 and marked Final. It reviews usage, value, support and the commercial position.

Commits: nothing new. It restates contracted annual recurring revenue of £44k "as set by the executed order form" and a contract end of 22 Aug 2026. Proposed actions are a usage breakdown by team, a working session, an invoice check and value examples.

Unusual: the deck admits it has no measure of time saved or a named example of a faster decision. It says one invoice is overdue but gives no amount or date.

Not settled: renewal pricing ("will come from Priya Raman"), the notice window, which teams are active, and the cause of the overdue invoice.

Ashwell Mercer Interiors - QBR

Quarterly business review, Growth tier

Prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Date: Wednesday 1 April 2026 Status: Final

1. What we want to cover

  • Where B-Glass is today: users, usage and support
  • What Ashwell Mercer Interiors is getting from it
  • Commercial position and the contract end date
  • What we suggest doing over the coming months

I've pulled the numbers from the platform, the helpdesk and accounting. Where the evidence is thin, this deck says so.

Ashwell Mercer Interiors bought Growth so that the project, commercial and credit-control teams can see each client's projects, variations, calls and invoices in one place. That is the yardstick for this review.

3. Usage

MeasureReading
Licensed users40
Average active users, last thirty daysJust under seven
Change against the prior quarterUp by a little over a quarter

What this tells us

  • Active use is growing. The rise against the prior quarter is a good sign, and it shows people are coming back to the brain rather than trying it once.
  • Active users are still a small share of the licensed 40. There is plenty of headroom, and the open question is which teams are not yet using it.
  • This deck does not break usage down by team, so we cannot yet say whether the project, commercial and credit-control teams are all represented among the active users. That is the first thing to check.

4. Value delivered

What we can say from the evidence we hold:

  • Growing active use suggests the shared view of projects, variations, calls and invoices is proving useful to a core group of people.
  • The Growth tier includes the dashboards builder, which gives the commercial and credit-control teams a way to keep a standing view of client position without asking for it each time.

What we cannot say yet:

  • We do not have a clear measure of time saved or a named example of a decision made faster. A short conversation with the heaviest users would give us one or two concrete examples to put on record before the renewal.

5. Support and service

MeasureLast thirty days
Tickets raisedOne
High priority ticketsNone
  • A single ticket and nothing urgent is a quiet period.
  • Growth carries the Growth first response commitment for priority issues, and no priority issue arose in the period, so there is nothing to measure against.
  • The nightly refresh is the same on every tier, and no freshness concern has been raised with us in the period.

A quiet helpdesk alongside a modest user base is not by itself a problem, but we would rather hear about friction early than not at all.

6. Commercial position

  • The contracted annual recurring revenue is £44k, as set by the executed order form.
  • Accounting shows one invoice as overdue. Please ask your finance team to look at it, and we will do the same on our side. It may simply be a routing or purchase order matter, and we will confirm once both sides have checked.
  • The contract runs to 22 Aug 2026. The renewal notice window and renewal terms will be handled with Priya Raman, who owns commercial terms, and I will lead the adoption side of that conversation.

Pricing for the renewal is not covered in this deck. It will come from Priya Raman in good time.

7. Opportunities

IdeaWhy it might fitOwner
Bring more of the licensed users onMost of the Growth allowance is unusedMarcus Bell
Build a credit-control dashboardGives the team a standing view of overdue client positionsMarcus Bell with the customer's credit-control lead
Capture two or three value examplesGives a clear case for the renewal discussionMarcus Bell

None of this needs additional spend. It is about getting more from the licences already in place.

8. Proposed next steps

  1. Usage by team. I will send a breakdown of active users by team, so we can see where the gaps are.
  2. Short working session. Shall we book a short call with the project, commercial and credit-control leads to walk through what they use and what they do not?
  3. Overdue invoice. Your finance team and ours to confirm the position on the open invoice.
  4. Value examples. Agree two or three real examples of the brain answering a question that used to take a manual reconciliation.
  5. Renewal conversation. Priya Raman to open commercial discussions ahead of the contract end on 22 Aug 2026.

9. Summary

  • Active use is rising and support is quiet.
  • Adoption is the main opportunity: a small share of the licensed users is active.
  • One overdue invoice needs a quick check from both sides.
  • The contract end is 22 Aug 2026, and the best preparation is a clear, evidenced picture of value.

Thanks, Marcus
