This Order Form is made under the Master Services Agreement already in place between BG-Demo and Ashwell Mercer Interiors. Where this Order Form and the Master Services Agreement differ on the commercial terms listed below, this Order Form applies.
2. Background
Ashwell Mercer Interiors is an office and retail fit-out contractor working for landlords and corporate tenants across London and the Thames Valley. The customer has been a BG-Demo customer since 23 Aug 2024. It uses B-Glass so that its project, commercial and credit-control teams can see each client's projects, variations, calls and invoices together in one place, running inside the customer's own Snowflake account.
This Order Form sets out the subscription for the term that begins on 23 Aug 2025.

5. What the Growth tier includes
The subscription gives the customer the Growth tier of B-Glass:
- Pages, chat and search across the connected systems.
- The dashboards builder.
- Quarterly business reviews led by the customer success manager.
- The Growth user allowance, set at 40 licensed users for this term.
- The Growth connector allowance for the systems the customer chooses to connect.
- Nightly refresh of connected data, complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days.

Each quarterly invoice is issued by BG-Demo to the customer's finance team. The four quarterly invoices together equal the annual fee shown above and no more. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate where it applies.

Service credits under this Order Form are calculated on availability only. A nightly refresh that completes late does not by itself give rise to a service credit under the Growth tier. The customer should raise any such issue with support in the usual way so that it can be investigated and fixed.
8. Renewal
This Order Form ends on 22 Aug 2026. BG-Demo's customer success manager will contact the customer ahead of the end date to discuss renewal, in line with the Master Services Agreement. Unless a renewal order is agreed in writing, the subscription does not continue past the end date.
9. General terms
- The customer's data stays in the customer's own Snowflake account. BG-Demo accesses it only to provide and support the service.
- The licensed user number is the number of named users who may use the brain at one time during the term.
- Either party may raise a question about this Order Form with the other party's named contact shown in section 1.
- This Order Form is the whole agreement between the parties on its subject matter for the term shown, together with the Master Services Agreement.
