Renewal proposal dated 17 Jun 2025 from Priya Raman for a further twelve month Growth term at £44k a year, billed annually in advance on 30-day terms. The current term ends on 22 Aug 2025. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a renewal proposal prepared by Priya Raman, with Marcus Bell as customer success manager. It proposes a further twelve month Growth term starting the day after the current term ends on 22 Aug 2025.

Commits: "The renewal annual price is £44k, which is the full value of this renewal." Billing is annual in advance on 30-day terms, with quarterly on request. Growth service levels continue, including a priority one first response within one business hour.

Unusual: the proposal sets £44k against a current contracted figure of £40k and says any first-term arrangement from the original order form does not carry into the renewal. It also flags that active use is well below the 40 licensed users.

Not settled: the document gives no availability percentage and no signature. The text does not show whether the renewal order form was issued or signed, so the executed order form decides the contracted price and terms.

Ashwell Mercer Interiors - Renewal Proposal

Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Marcus Bell, BG-Demo Date: 17 Jun 2025 Status: Final, version 1

1. Why we are writing

Ashwell Mercer Interiors joined BG-Demo on 23 Aug 2024 on the Growth tier. The current term ends on 22 Aug 2025. This proposal sets out how we suggest renewing the subscription, what stays the same, and the steps to get the renewal signed in good time, to keep momentum and avoid any gap in service.

2. Where you are today

You bought B-Glass so that your project, commercial and credit-control teams can see each client's projects, variations, calls and invoices in one place, rather than reconciling them by hand across systems. It runs inside your own Snowflake account.

The account has been quiet in the best sense: invoices have been paid on time, and nothing has been raised with our support team in the last month, including anything high priority.

3. Usage and what it tells us

We want to be straightforward about adoption. Active use over the last 30 days is well below the 40 licensed users, and it has slipped a little against the previous quarter. That is not unusual for a business where the heaviest use sits with a small group of commercial and credit-control people, but it is the main thing we would like to work on together in the next term.

Our view is that this is headroom rather than a problem. The brain is stable and your data is flowing. The opportunity is to bring more of the project teams into the habit of asking questions of it, and to make better use of the dashboards builder that comes with Growth.

Marcus will pick this up with you as part of the quarterly review cycle that Growth includes.

4. What we propose

Renew the Growth subscription for a further twelve month term, starting the day after the current term ends on 22 Aug 2025.

LineDetailAnnual price
Growth subscriptionB-Glass on the Growth tier, 40 licensed users, the Growth connector allowance, pages, chat and search, dashboards builder, quarterly QBRs£44k
Total annual price£44k

Notes on the figures:

  • The renewal annual price is £44k, which is the full value of this renewal. There is no implementation fee, because the brain is already built and running.
  • Your current contracted annual recurring revenue is £40k. The renewal price of £44k is the Growth annual price for the next term. Any first-term arrangement from your original order form does not carry into the renewal.
  • Billing is annual in advance on 30-day terms. If you would prefer to pay quarterly, tell us and we will set that up.

5. What stays the same

  • Tier and scope: Growth, for several teams, with the same user and connector allowances.
  • Connectors: your existing sources stay connected. If you want to add another system, we can talk through the add-on options.
  • Service levels: the standard Growth service levels continue. That means the Growth availability commitment, a first response to a priority one issue within one business hour, and the nightly refresh complete by 07:00 your local time on business days.
  • Service credits: Growth credits apply to availability, as they do today.
  • Customer success: quarterly business reviews with Marcus Bell continue.

6. Options you may want to consider

None of these is required for renewal. We mention them so you can decide with the full picture.

  1. Additional users: if more of the project teams come on board, we can add users in blocks of ten.
  2. Additional connectors: if you bring another system into the brain, connectors can be added in blocks of five.
  3. On-site training day: a practical option if you want to lift adoption among project managers quickly.

If adoption among your teams grows beyond what Growth is built for, we can also talk about Enterprise at a later review. We are not suggesting that now.

If we can get this over the line well before the term ends, there is no gap in cover and no last-minute rush for your finance team. Happy to make this easy: tell us who needs to sign and we will prepare the paperwork around them.

8. Acceptance

To accept this proposal, an authorised signatory at Ashwell Mercer Interiors confirms to Priya Raman, and BG-Demo will issue the renewal order form under the existing master agreement.
