What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Internal draft proposing a further twelve months of Growth at £44k a year, billed annually in advance on thirty-day terms. The current term ends 22 Aug 2025. It is unsigned and not an order form.
What it is: a draft renewal proposal prepared by Priya Raman on 12 Jun 2025, marked "For internal review before it goes to the customer". It proposes Growth for 40 licensed users for a further twelve months.
Commits: nothing yet. The text states "This document is a draft and has not been signed. It becomes an order form only when executed by both parties." Proposed terms are an annual price of £44k, billed annual, in advance, on standard thirty-day terms.
Unusual: the draft cites contracted annual recurring revenue of £40k against the £44k price, and says any first-term pricing arrangement ends at renewal. It gives no figure for the difference.
Not settled: the customer signatory, the day-to-day contact and whether a walk-through call is wanted are open. The evidence does not show whether it was sent, signed or superseded, and it names no service-level figures.

Ashwell Mercer Interiors - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft. For internal review before it goes to the customer.
| Customer | Ashwell Mercer Interiors, Reading |
| Prepared by | Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo |
| Customer success manager | Marcus Bell, BG-Demo |
| Date of draft | 12 June 2025 |
| Current term ends | 22 August 2025 |
| Subscription | Growth |
| Deal type | Renewal |
Purpose of this proposal
This proposal sets out how BG-Demo would like to renew the Growth subscription for Ashwell Mercer Interiors when the current term ends on 22 August 2025. The aim is simple: keep B-Glass running without a gap, keep the price clear, and agree the paperwork early enough that nobody is chasing at the end of August. Happy to make this easy, and to keep momentum we would like to agree the shape of the renewal well ahead of the term end.
Where we are today
Ashwell Mercer Interiors has been a BG-Demo customer since 23 August 2024. You bought Growth so that your project, commercial and credit-control teams could see each client's projects, variations, calls and invoices together, rather than reconciling them by hand across separate systems.

A few points from the account as it stands:
- The current contracted annual recurring revenue is £40k.
- The subscription includes 40 licensed users.
- There have been no support tickets in the last thirty days, and none flagged as high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
In short, the account is quiet and stable. Nothing is on fire, and nothing is being asked of us that we are not already delivering.
What we are proposing
We propose to renew the Growth subscription for a further twelve months on the same tier, with the same licensed user allowance.
| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Term | A further twelve months from the end of the current term on 22 August 2025 |
| Annual price | £44k |
| Billing | Annual, in advance, on standard thirty-day terms |
| Deal type | Renewal |
The annual price of £44k is the full Growth subscription fee. There is no implementation fee on a renewal, so £44k is the whole value of the deal.
What stays the same
- The Growth feature set: pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder.
- Quarterly business reviews led by Marcus.
- The Growth service levels for availability and for first response on priority issues.
- The nightly refresh, complete before the start of your business day.
- Your connected systems and the way the brain runs inside your own Snowflake account.
What changes
The contracted annual recurring revenue today is £40k and the renewal price is the Growth annual price of £44k. Any first-term pricing arrangement ends at renewal, which is standard for every BG-Demo customer, and the renewal is priced at the Growth annual price. We would rather explain that clearly now than have it appear for the first time on an invoice.
Making the most of the next term
We want the renewal conversation to be about value, not only about price. Looking at how the brain is used, there is room to get more out of the seats you already pay for. Our suggestion, for discussion with your team:
- Widen the circle of people asking questions. The brain is most valuable when the project, commercial and credit-control teams all use it day to day. A short refresher session for each team would help, and Marcus can run these as part of the quarterly review.
- Put your own dashboards to work. The dashboards builder is part of Growth. Building a small number of dashboards around variations and invoicing would give each team a reason to open the brain every morning.
- Review the connected systems. Marcus will check that every source you rely on is connected and loading as you expect, so that the next term starts on a clean footing.
None of this changes the price. It is how we would like to make sure the subscription earns its place at renewal.
Open points
As a draft, a few items are still open on our side before this goes to the customer:
- Confirmation from Marcus of the usage summary to attach to the quarterly review.
- Agreement on who at Ashwell Mercer Interiors will sign, and who will be the day-to-day contact for the renewal.
- Whether the customer wants a short call to walk through the proposal before the paperwork is issued.
Next steps
| Step | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review and finalise this draft internally | Priya Raman | This week |
| Share the proposal with Ashwell Mercer Interiors | Priya Raman | Shortly after internal review |
| Usage and value summary for the customer | Marcus Bell | Alongside the proposal |
| Renewal order form issued for signature | Priya Raman | Once the customer confirms the approach |
| Signed order form in place | Both parties | Before the current term ends on 22 August 2025 |
If we can get this over the line well before the end of the term, there is no risk of a gap in service and your teams carry on exactly as they are.
