A version 1 proposal from Priya Raman for the Growth tier: annual subscription £40k, total first-year deal value £52k including one-off implementation. Billed annually in advance, thirty-day payment terms. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a sales proposal dated 26 Jun 2024, filed as final, setting out the Growth tier for the project, commercial and credit-control teams. It is an open offer, not a contract.

Commits: it states "the annual subscription is £40k, and that is what recurs each year". The £52k total is the first-year commitment including implementation, which "does not repeat at renewal". Billing is annual in advance, quarterly on request, payment terms thirty days.

Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. No discount, no named connector dates and no figures for availability, P1 response or refresh are stated.

Not settled: user and connector allowances, service credits and connector go-live commitments are left to the order form. The text does not show whether the proposal was accepted, so the executed order form decides contracted price and terms.

Ashwell Mercer Interiors - Proposal

Prepared for: Ashwell Mercer Interiors, Reading Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success contact: Marcus Bell, BG-Demo Date: 26 June 2024 Version: 1 (final)

1. Context

Ashwell Mercer Interiors fits out offices and retail space for landlords and corporate tenants across London and the Thames Valley. Each client job generates a lot of information: projects, variations, calls, emails and invoices. Today that information sits in separate systems, and the project, commercial and credit-control teams spend time reconciling it by hand before they can answer a simple question about a client.

The conversations so far have pointed to three needs:

  • Project teams want to see a client's live projects and open variations without chasing colleagues.
  • The commercial team wants the history of what was agreed, said and changed on a job in one place.
  • Credit control wants invoices and the conversations around them alongside the project picture, so that chasing a payment is informed by what is happening on site.

This proposal sets out how B-Glass from BG-Demo would meet those needs, what it would cost and how we would get started.

2. What we are proposing

We propose the Growth tier of B-Glass. It is built for several teams working from the same data, which is exactly the shape of the need at Ashwell Mercer Interiors.

The brain is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, call recordings, emails, tickets, finance data and the other sources you choose to connect. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control and is not copied out to a third party.

What the Growth tier includes

CapabilityWhat it means for Ashwell Mercer Interiors
PagesA page per client and per project, pulling together the people, calls, emails, variations and invoices
Chat and searchAsk a plain-English question, such as "what has this client agreed on variations this quarter?", and get an answer with its sources
Dashboards builderYour own teams build the views they need, for example open variations against invoiced value
Quarterly business reviewsA structured review with Marcus Bell each quarter on usage, value and what to do next
Service levelsThe Growth service levels for availability, support response and nightly refresh

The Growth user allowance and connector allowance are set out in the order form that follows acceptance of this proposal. Extra users and extra connectors can be added later if the brain spreads to more teams than planned.

3. Who gets value, and how

Project teams

A project manager can open a client page and see the live job, the open variations and the latest calls and emails in one view. The question "where did we get to with this client?" stops needing three people and a spreadsheet.

Commercial team

Variations are where margin is won or lost. With the history of each variation, the conversation behind it and the invoice that followed all in one place, the commercial team can see quickly what was agreed and what was billed.

Credit control

Before chasing an invoice, credit control can see whether the project team has an open issue with that client. That makes the call more useful and protects the relationship.

4. Implementation

Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work delivered by BG-Demo. It follows the standard Growth implementation plan:

  1. Connect. We agree the sources to connect and bring them in, starting with the ones your three teams rely on most.
  2. Load and check. We index the records, then check the answers against jobs your team knows well, so that people trust what they see from the first day.
  3. Set up the pages and dashboards. We configure the client and project pages and help your team build its first dashboards.
  4. Train and hand over. We run sessions for each team, then Marcus Bell takes over as your customer success manager.

Each connector named in the order form carries a commitment on how quickly it goes live. We would agree those commitments with you before signing, not after.

5. Pricing

ItemBasisAmount
Growth subscriptionAnnual price, billed annually in advance£40k
ImplementationOne-off, fixed feeIncluded in the total below
Total deal valueSubscription plus one-off implementation£52k

To be clear about how the figures fit together: the annual subscription is £40k, and that is what recurs each year. The total deal value of £52k is the first-year commitment and includes the one-off implementation fee. The implementation fee does not repeat at renewal.

Billing

  • The subscription is invoiced annually in advance. Quarterly billing is available on request.
  • Payment terms are thirty days.
  • All amounts are in pounds sterling.

6. Support and service levels

The Growth tier carries the Growth service levels for availability and for first response on priority-one issues, and the brain is refreshed overnight so that your teams start each business day with current data. Service credits for availability are defined in the order form. If you later want a named engineer and extended support hours, Premium support is available as an add-on.

7. How we will know it is working

We suggest judging the brain on a small number of plain measures, reviewed at each quarterly review with Marcus Bell:

  • How many questions your teams are asking, and whether it is spreading beyond the first few people.
  • Whether the records are staying fresh and every connected source is loading.
  • Whether the three teams are spending less time reconciling and more time acting.
  • What your own teams have built on the dashboards builder.

To keep momentum, I would like to get the scope agreed quickly so the order form can follow straight away. I am happy to make this easy: if it helps, I can join a session with all three teams together and answer questions on the spot.
